Your mission

  • Customer support: Together with a Sales Consultant, you will support potential customers from the initial contact through solution presentations to the start of the project and ensure smooth communication.
  • Customer consulting and needs assessment: You will analyse the specific business requirements of our customers and jointly develop tailor-made solution concepts in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
  • Solution presentation: You create and present convincing solution scenarios that illustrate the added value of our Microsoft Dynamics CE solutions.
  • Proposal support: You will support the sales team in the preparation of proposals by translating technical and functional requirements into appealing solution proposals and assist in the planning of central sales and marketing activities.
  • Market monitoring and trends: You will monitor current market trends and familiarise yourself with new features and technologies to ensure that our solutions are always at the cutting edge.
  • Workshops and training: You will conduct workshops and training sessions for potential customers, providing a hands-on understanding of how Microsoft Dynamics CE can be used.
  • Business development support: You will actively contribute to business development and our market strategy by identifying customer needs and translating these into new project opportunities and expanding our portfolio for specific target groups.

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in the pre-sales area or as a senior consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM solutions
  • Customer focus and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • High level of consulting expertise and very good understanding of processes
  • Convincing presentation skills and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
  • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and a high degree of initiative and solution-orientated thinking
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good German and good English skills
