Your mission
- Analysing customer requirements and creating specifications for adaptations or extensions of Microsoft D365 HR and/or HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive)
- Supporting our customers in the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR or HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive)
- Providing technical and methodological advice to our customers on the creation of business processes and workflows to ensure full fulfilment of their business requirements
- Conducting trainings and workshops on the use of Microsoft D365 HR or HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive)
- Collaborate with other members of the Dynamics 365 implementation teams
Your profile
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive), comparable HR management solutions in a consulting environment or experience in another Microsoft Dynamics 365 application
- Alternatively, several years of practical experience in the field of human resources or as a key user in the implementation of an HR solution
- Analytical skills, a high level of abstraction and a strong understanding of HR processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- IT affinity and technical understanding
- Enjoy dealing with people, high customer orientation and fun working in a team
- Very good German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Nice to have:
- Experience with the Microsoft technology world (e.g. Power Platform, Dataverse)
