Your mission
- Management, planning and control of ERP projects with agile methods
- First point of contact for our customers and internal and external team members
- Creating trusting and long-term customer relationships with our national and international customers
- Coordination of various stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
- Structuring projects according to the requirements of the respective customer situation and in the various project phases
- Coordination and realisation of meetings and workshops, both on-site and online
- Risk and conflict management as well as change management
- Budget and progress controlling
Your profile
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in the implementation of complex ERP systems or software projects on the customer or service provider side
- Proven experience in an agile project methodology (e.g. certified Scrum Master)
- Confident and confident appearance with customers and strong communication skills
- Team player in a collegial organisation
- Solution- and service-orientated way of working
- Experience in the organisation and moderation of complex project situations
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office products and sound knowledge of project planning software
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Project-related willingness to travel
Nice to have:
- Project management certification (GPMA, PMI etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365FO and Azure DevOps
- Experience as a trainer and/or moderator
