Your mission
You will design modern output and document processes in the Microsoft Dynamics environment and support our customers from the technical design phase through to go-live. You will work operationally with Formpipe Lasernet, take responsibility for your areas of expertise, and actively contribute your experience to projects and technical exchanges at Arineo.- Consulting & solution design: You will advise our customers on the design and implementation of output management solutions with Formpipe Lasernet in conjunction with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or Dynamics AX. In doing so, you will translate technical requirements into viable technical concepts.
- Analysis of document processes: You will analyze requirements relating to documents, reports, and document processes and use this information to develop tailor-made technical and functional solution proposals.
- Implementation & configuration: You will implement and configure Lasernet solutions – either independently or as part of a team – from template creation to seamless integration with the ERP system.
- Project work & collaboration: You will work closely with our customers and internal project teams and take on responsibility in the respective project phases.
- Workshops, tests, and go-live support: You will conduct workshops and meetings, support tests and go-lives, and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer.
- Further development and exchange: You will actively contribute your experience to the further development of your team and participate in professional exchanges.
Your profile
- Experience in output management: You have several years of project experience in output management, ideally with Formpipe Lasernet in a Microsoft ERP environment.
- Microsoft Dynamics expertise: You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or, alternatively, Dynamics AX, particularly in the context of document and record creation.
- Consulting skills: You have experience in advising customers and implementing technical requirements in technical solutions.
- Process understanding & working methods: You have a good understanding of business processes and how they are mapped in ERP systems, and you work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- Basic technical understanding: Knowledge of XML/XSD, SQL, or ERP data models is an advantage, but not a must.
- Language skills: You have very good German and good English skills.
- Personality & attitude: You enjoy working in a team, are a strong communicator, customer-oriented, and enjoy project work. You are willing to travel when necessary (approx. 4 days/month).
