Your mission
Sales organisations, customer service teams and marketing departments are under pressure: processes need to become more efficient, data more usable, and customer experiences more consistent. At Arineo, you will shape this very transformation – using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights and the Power Platform as the technical foundation. As a consultant, you’ll take on technical responsibility from process analysis right through to go-live: you’ll translate business requirements into robust solution designs, lead requirements workshops with sales and marketing stakeholders, and work hand in hand with developers and solution architects. Your goal: CRM solutions that really work in day-to-day operations – not just in the demo system.- Rethinking sales and service in the digital age: You will review our clients’ existing sales, customer service and marketing processes, identify pain points and work with them to develop a concrete vision – from lead qualification to customer feedback.
- Conceiving & designing CRM solutions: You will translate business concepts from sales, service and marketing into functional solution designs based on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights / Journeys and the Power Platform – including data models, security concepts and integration points.
- Leading requirements workshops with sales and marketing stakeholders: You prepare workshops tailored to specific target groups, facilitate them confidently – whether with sales managers, service managers or IT leads – and ensure structured, transparent requirements management.
- Configure, test & integrate: You implement your designs in Dynamics 365 CE, coordinate closely with developers and solution architects, and manage interfaces with ERP systems and third-party systems.
- Supporting implementation & empowering users: You support user acceptance testing, coordinate acceptance procedures and, through targeted training, ensure that the solution is actually adopted and put into practice in day-to-day sales and customer service.
Your profile
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE (3+ years): You have several years’ experience working as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement — ideally with a proven track record of projects in Sales Hub, Customer Service and/or Customer Insights / Journeys.
- Understanding of sales and service processes: You are familiar with the workflows on both sides: how sales teams qualify leads and manage pipelines, how customer service teams manage cases – and where Dynamics 365 delivers tangible value to these processes.
- Project experience from workshops to go-live: You have led requirements workshops, been responsible for solution designs, accepted configurations and trained users – preferably in environments with sales and/or service stakeholders.
- Solid technical foundation in Dynamics 365 CE: Dataverse data model, security roles, business rules, flows – you know what can be configured and what requires development. Experience with Power Automate or Model-Driven Apps is welcome.
- Target-audience-specific communication: You speak to sales managers differently than to IT architects – and bring both sides together. You can structure and prioritise requirements and translate them into clear documentation.
- Languages & willingness to travel: Excellent command of German, good command of English, willingness to travel approx. 20%.
- Experience with AI & new technologies: You are familiar with AI solutions, actively use them in your day-to-day work and are open to new tools and methods.
