Your mission
- Advising our customers on the introduction and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Analysing customer requirements and creating specifications for adaptations or enhancements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights Data, Customer Service or Field Service
- Supporting our customers with implementation, system configuration, customising, testing and documentation
- Providing technical and methodological advice to our customers on the creation of business processes and workflows to ensure the complete fulfilment of their business requirements
- Carrying out training courses and workshops for our customers
- Close cooperation with your Dynamics 365 implementation teams
Your profile
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service Data or Field Service
- Alternatively, several years of practical experience in a sales, marketing, customer service or (technical) field service environment, e.g. as a key user in the implementation of a software solution
- Analytical skills, a high level of abstraction and a strong understanding of processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- IT affinity and technical understanding
- Enjoy dealing with people, high customer orientation and fun working in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Little travelling (approx. 2-4 days per month)
