Your mission
After onboarding with your mentor and our onboarding team into the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365, you can expect:
- Support in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM, gradually taking on more responsibility
- Analysis and optimization of business processes for our clients
- Conducting requirement analyses and creating solution concepts
- Configuring and customizing the system according to the specific needs of the clients
- Training and supporting end users, including creating training materials and conducting workshops
- Collaborating with experienced consultants and project managers to ensure successful project implementation
- Participating in regular team meetings and sharing best practices
- Specializing in the area of Finance and Controlling
Long-term goals:
- Handling larger work packages and the opportunity to take on more complex topics
- Further education through various development paths in our Arineo Academy
Your profile
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on Finance
- Interest in ERP systems and ideally some initial practical insights
- Good knowledge of financial processes and structures
- Interest in financial accounting and controlling, as well as an affinity for IT
- Curiosity about unfamiliar or complex topics and their exploration
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel to a limited extent
