Your mission

Gathering requirements, designing, and implementing modern solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools (focus areas: Governance, ALM, Security, Interfaces, Adoption, and Artificial Intelligence)
Consulting renowned clients on the introduction and use of the Power Platform
Taking on stream lead roles in complex, cross-technology projects
Mentoring and supporting our junior colleagues in their professional development
Delivering training sessions and workshops for our clients
Continuous learning and deepening of Microsoft topics, especially in the area of Power Platform and Copilot technologies
Supporting presales activities

Your profile

In-depth functional and technical knowledge of the Microsoft Enterprise Cloud ecosystem
Several years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate
Solid knowledge of Dataverse, Azure, and M365
Experience with emerging technologies such as Copilot Studio Agents, Plan Designer, or similar tools
Passion for innovative cloud services and enthusiasm for exploring new solutions
Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and collaborating within a large, collegial expert team
Excellent German and good English language skills
