Your mission

You are part of our sales team and work behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs smoothly—so that our sales managers can get started with full energy. At Arineo, you help us make a difference—for our customers, for our team, and for yourself. 

  • Supporting sales managers in preparing quotations and processing orders
  • Maintaining and updating customer data in CRM (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Creating presentations, sales documents, and reports
  • Participating in sales processes and internal optimization projects
  • Processing tender documents in the area of ERP and CRM systems

Your profile

  • Commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in internal sales or in a B2B environment in the field of IT or technology
  • Confident use of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Enthusiasm for IT, business processes, and modern technologies
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people 
  • Initiative, willingness to learn and perform, and team spirit
  • Very good German skills and solid English skills
  • Organizational skills and service orientation
  • Independent and structured way of working; genuine team mindset

Desirable:
  • Experience with Mircosoft Dynamics 365
