Your mission

You will be responsible for coordinating projects and assignments in the area of output management for our ERP projects. The role combines operational coordination of the consulting team with sub-project management for our customer projects—including clearly defined areas of responsibility.
You will work closely with experienced consultants and have creative freedom in prioritization, resource planning, and the further development of processes. The position is aimed at experienced project or coordination profiles who want to take on responsibility without necessarily being responsible for overall project management. You will work predominantly remotely or in a hybrid model; travel will be project-dependent and can be planned.

  • Project management & further development: You will manage projects and further developments in output management (Lasernet) and be responsible for planning, coordination, and implementation together with our customers.
  • Customer coordination & prioritization: You will clarify tasks, priorities, and time dependencies directly with customers and ensure transparency and reliability throughout the project.
  • Deployment & resource coordination: You will coordinate the deployment of our consultants in output management and ensure that capacity utilization, availability, and project requirements are well matched.
  • Central contact person for consultants: You will support consultants with organizational issues, accompany escalations, and help to identify and resolve obstacles at an early stage.
  • Sub-project management in the ERP environment: In ERP projects, you will assume organizational responsibility for output management issues and, depending on requirements, play an active role in sub-project management.
  • Team development & collaboration: You will strengthen collaboration within your team and help to ensure that issues are addressed in a structured manner and results are achieved reliably.

Your profile

  • Experience in coordination or project work: You have experience in project, assignment, or team coordination, ideally in the IT, ERP, or consulting environment.
  • Understanding of IT and ERP projects: You have a good basic understanding of ERP and IT and can realistically assess requirements, dependencies, and costs.
  • Willingness to learn the ropes: You don't have to be a Lasernet expert, but you are willing to learn the ropes so that you can evaluate tasks in a well-founded manner.
  • Confidence in customer contact: You communicate clearly and engagingly with customers and are skilled at coordinating assignments, priorities, and organizational issues.
  • Enjoyment of responsibility and collaboration: You enjoy supporting others, taking on responsibility, and accompanying people in their work and development.
  • Structure and overview: You can organize complex situations, set priorities, and maintain an overview even when faced with parallel demands.
  • Strong communication skills & confidence: You come across as clear, reliable, and calm—even when situations are tense or escalating.
  • Language skills & willingness to travel: You are fluent in German, have a good command of English, and are willing to travel (approx. 4 days/month).
