Your mission
In this role, you will manage our customers' existing Lasernet solutions and spend your day-to-day working on support, customization, and further development of the solution. You will work independently, liaise closely with customers and teams, and ensure that our document solutions remain reliable and sustainable.- Supporting existing customers: You will be responsible for providing ongoing support to our regular customers in the Formpipe Lasernet environment and will be the first point of contact for technical questions and change requests.
- Analyzing and processing support requests: You will analyze support requests for existing Lasernet solutions, investigate the causes in a structured manner, and ensure sustainable solutions.
- Adaptation & further development of documents: You will implement changes to existing documents and records – from layout adjustments and logical enhancements to new technical requirements.
- Recording new requirements: You will systematically record new requirements, coordinate them with customers, and implement them together with other consultants.
- Personal responsibility & teamwork: You work independently on customer inquiries while actively participating in exchanges with project and consulting teams.
- Ensuring quality & stability: You help to ensure the quality, stability, and continuous development of our customers' Lasernet solutions.
- Further development & exchange: You actively contribute your experience to the further development of your team and participate in professional exchanges.
Your profile
- Experience with Formpipe Lasernet: You have practical experience working with Formpipe Lasernet, ideally in support, further development, or operation of solutions.
- Understanding of ERP data models & document processes: You have a good understanding of ERP data models and document processes, preferably in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management environment.
- Practical experience in customer service: You have experience in handling customer inquiries and implementing change and further development requests.
- Structured and reliable way of working: You analyze requirements clearly, implement them in a comprehensible manner, and maintain an overview even when dealing with multiple issues.
- Strong service and customer focus: You are confident and engaging, communicate clearly, and enjoy providing competent support to customers.
- Language skills & willingness to travel: You are fluent in German and have a good command of English, and are willing to travel occasionally (max. 2 days/month) if necessary.
