Your mission
Service is business-critical for many companies. When equipment needs maintenance or machines are down, a well-functioning service process is key to success. At Arineo, you’ll help companies further develop their service and field service processes digitally—using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and the Power Platform. As a Senior Consultant, you will analyze service processes, develop solution designs, and oversee their implementation within the project. In doing so, you will work closely with consultants, developers, and solution architects and facilitate workshops with clients. You combine process understanding, Dynamics expertise, and consulting skills to develop solutions that sustainably improve service organizations.
- Analyze & redesign service processes: You will analyze our clients’ existing service and field service processes and work with them to develop viable roadmaps for digital service organizations
- Develop solutions based on Dynamics 365: You will translate business requirements into functional solution designs based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and the Power Platform.
- Facilitate workshops & manage projects from a technical perspective: You will lead process and design workshops, structure requirements, and take technical responsibility for solution areas or sub-projects.
- Implement Dynamics solutions in projects: You will configure solutions in Dynamics 365, work closely with developers and solution architects, and support integrations with ERP and third-party systems.
- Supporting projects through to go-live: You will support testing, acceptance, and rollouts, and ensure that solutions function effectively in operational service.
Your profile
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Consulting: You have several years of experience as a functional consultant in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment, ideally with a focus on Field Service.
- Understanding of service processes: You are familiar with typical processes in technical service or field service and know how these can be supported digitally.
- Experience in customer projects: You have facilitated workshops, structured requirements, and developed solution designs.
- Strong Dynamics 365 skills: You are proficient in the functional customization of Dynamics 365 CE and are familiar with key concepts such as Dataverse, security models, and data structures.
- Understanding of integrations: You are familiar with integration scenarios involving ERP or third-party systems—ideally also within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.
- Strong communication skills: You work in a structured manner with various stakeholders and confidently facilitate workshops.
- Languages & Willingness to Travel: You possess excellent German and good English skills, as well as a willingness to travel when necessary (approx. 20%).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the Power Platform, such as Power Automate or Model-Driven Apps.
