Your mission
Financial processes must work together seamlessly to ensure that companies remain operational. At Arineo, you will advise clients on all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Controlling, develop viable solution concepts and oversee their implementation as a Senior Consultant.- Comprehensive consultancy in the Dynamics 365 environment: You will advise our clients on the implementation and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Controlling solutions and support projects throughout all phases – from analysis to go-live and beyond.
- Analysis and optimisation of finance processes: You will analyse existing processes in finance and controlling, identify areas for improvement and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Solution design and implementation: You will develop bespoke solution concepts and implement them together with the project team – from conception through customisation and specification to successful implementation.
- Responsibility within the project: You will work independently on client projects, take on partial technical responsibility and manage specific areas of the project on your own.
- Workshops and coordination with clients: You will facilitate workshops, structure requirements and act as the main point of contact for technical queries within the project.
Nice to have:
- Business development: You contribute your expertise to presales meetings, pitches or tender processes, thereby helping to acquire new projects and clients.
Your profile
- Experience in Dynamics 365 consulting: You have several years’ experience as a consultant in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance environment, with a focus on finance and controlling.
- Broad understanding of finance processes: You are familiar with key finance and controlling processes and can analyse and further develop them in a structured manner.
- End-to-end project experience: You have experience across the entire project lifecycle – from analysis through implementation to go-live.
- Functional and technical expertise: You are confident in navigating the interface between business requirements and implementation, and bring experience in customisation, specification or integration scenarios.
- Independence and organisation: You work independently, take responsibility for your areas of expertise and maintain a clear overview even in complex projects.
- Strong communication skills: You can convey complex content clearly and communicate confidently with clients and project teams.
- Language skills and willingness to travel: You have very good German and good English skills and are willing to travel as part of projects (approx. 25–40%).
- Working with AI & new technologies: You are familiar with AI solutions, use them actively in your daily work and are open to new tools and methods.
