Your mission
- Consulting: You will advise our clients on the implementation and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM solutions, with a focus on finance, controlling, and the project module.
- Process Analysis & Solution Design: You will conduct detailed analyses of our clients’ financial and project processes, document the results in a structured manner, derive concrete improvement proposals from them, and develop tailored business and technical solution concepts based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM.
- Implementation & Customization: You will support the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM, coordinate closely with business departments and the technical implementation team, and ensure that the solutions reliably meet the clients’ business requirements.
- Workshops, Training & Documentation: You plan and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients, tailor content to the target audience, and create clear business concepts, specifications, and user documentation.
- Business Development: You’ll contribute your expertise to presales meetings, pitches, and proposal processes, helping to secure new projects and clients.
Your profile
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM: You have several years of experience as a consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM or previous versions (e.g., D365 F&O, AX2009/AX2012), with a focus on finance, controlling, and the project module.
- Technical Expertise & Analytical Skills: You think conceptually and analytically, can systematically capture and evaluate business requirements, and translate them into viable solution concepts—from process analysis to technical specifications.
- Communication & Collaboration: You communicate clearly and respectfully, explain complex topics in an understandable way, and actively design workshops, training sessions, and client presentations—from preparation to execution. Teamwork is important to you, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues and improving together.
- Language & Willingness to Travel: You have very good German and good English skills, as well as a willingness to travel when necessary (approx. 25–40%).
